My Race Pass to Be Utilized!

by Lafayette County Promotions LLC on 05/27/20

Hello Everyone! This year at LCS will bring lots of changes and new procedures.  One of them being the use of My Race Pass for creating and posting line ups.  We will no longer be posting line ups on the trailer.  You will be able to get them right on your phone or by checking the line up board in turn two.

First night line ups will be determined by draw.  With MRP, I will be using the auto draw option upon sign in.  I will be able to tell you the pill that was randomly drawn for you at that time.  This will allow for better social distancing and less hands on my computer.  Re-draw will be done in the infield by one of our officials, they will pull the chip for you and show it to you.  After the first night, MRP will use the IMCA metric for calculating line ups for all 5 classes.

Now, homework time….please go to myracepass.com to find and claim your profile.  Many of you will already have a profile and will not need to do anything.  I am asking that if you do not have a profile or haven’t claimed your profile, to please do so.  This will make things a little easier during check in and will also insure that we are selecting the correct driver.  Please try to do this before the first night, Friday, June 5.

One last request….please bring your patience.  This is all new to us, so we will have some bumps in the road while getting started.  Your attitude and positive energy go a long way to helping things run smoothly and makes racing enjoyable for everyone!

Thank you,

Amy Udelhofen & Amy Lancaster

Update To Schedule

by Lafayette County Promotions LLC on 05/15/20

UPDATE: While the state of Wisconsin is open for business, each county is now setting regulations. We talked with our insurance and the county officials last night. We are hoping to announce more early next week after some details are finalized. This caught everyone by surprise to fully open the state overnight, so it’s a bit of a mad rush. Stay tuned next week for additional info, and thank you for your patience!
