Welcome to Lafayette County Speedway
Lafayette County Speedway, located in Darlington, Wis. has a nearly 70-year auto-racing legacy. The slightly banked three-eighths mile clay track has been in existence since the 1950’s. Racing continues with a full weekly schedule, including two races at Grant County Speedway and several specials throughout the season. Scroll down for the latest information! TEST AND TUNE FOR TODAY IS CANCELED

TEST AND TUNE FOR TODAY IS CANCELED. We're rescheduling practice for Friday night, April 20th from 6-9pm. Opening night will be pushed back to Friday, April 27th. Let's hope the weather warms up by then. We will review the schedule and consider adding dates depending on how the rest of the season progresses. Mother Nature needs to start cooperating!

TEST & TUNE is coming fast! Remember that we'll be hosting an open test and tune for all classes and cars this Saturday from 11am-3pm. Pits will open at 10:30. Entry to the grandstands are FREE. Entry to the pits is $20 per person. With the cooler than normal temperatures, the county has not turned the water on at the fairgrounds yet. Please prepare for no restrooms/running water. BUT our lovely Georgia WILL have burgers, pork sandwiches and pop/water in the back for our drivers, workers and crew. Mmmm pork sandwiches sound amazing right now! We're almost to race season! Test & Tune & Opening Night Changed!

Once again Mother Nature wins. We'll be postponing test and tune and opening night by one week.


New dates and times:
- Test & tune: Saturday, April 14 from 11am-3pm
- Opening Night: Friday, April 20, hot laps at 6:45pm

Test and tune is just two weeks away!

Make sure to mark your calendars. Pits will open at 10:30 with test and tune running 11:00am-3:00pm. The grandstands will be free entry and pit passes will be $20. Drivers can register that day or feel free to pull the form from the Rules Tab of the website and mail it in to ease some congestion at check in time. See you all there. Let’s hope for some warmer weather!
