Welcome to Lafayette County Speedway
Lafayette County Speedway, located in Darlington, Wis. has a nearly 70-year auto-racing legacy. The slightly banked three-eighths mile clay track has been in existence since the 1950’s. Racing continues with a full weekly schedule, including two races at Grant County Speedway and several specials throughout the season. Scroll down for the latest information! Badger Micro Sprints will Join Us in 2017!

Lafayette County Promotions LLC welcomes the Badger Micro Sprint Series to the Lafayette County Speedway for two main events! BMARA Micro Sprints will race Friday, June 2 and Friday, July 28. For more information on this traveling series visit their website or Facebook page. The updated LCS schedule is located under the Schedule tab of our website. 

NASCAR Driver Ken Schrader to Race Lafayette County Speedway June 16th

Lafayette County Promotions LLC welcomes Ken Schrader, NASCAR and dirt track alum, to the Lafayette County Speedway on Friday, May 16th. The speedway welcomed Schrader to Southwest Wisconsin in 2016, but a rainy day put a damper on racing that evening. Schrader was anxious to return to Lafayette County Speedway in 2017 to make his mark on the track and race against the tri-states’ best Modified drivers.

The 2017 Schedule is Out!

The 2017 schedule is now available by visiting the Schedule page of our website. 


Thank you to those that have been patient. We have been trying our best to come up with specials and work with other promoters. SPECIAL NOTE: We are still working on a late model/Corn Belt Clash date. We will update the schedule once that date is determined. More details on each event will be posted as we get closer to those dates.
